Kaiser (May 16, 1899 - ?) was an American salesman from Milwaukee, Wisconsin who served two terms (1933–1936) as a Democratic member of the Wisconsin State Assembly from the 6th Milwaukee County district.〔(Cannon, A. State of Wisconsin Legislative Reference Bureau Informational Bulletin 99-1, September 1999; p. 69 )〕 He succeeded, and was in turn succeeded by, Socialist Ben Rubin. == Background == Kaiser was born May 16, 1899, in Milwaukee. He graduated from St. Ann's Parochial School in 1914, and worked first for the Mayer Boot and Shoe Company; was employed by the Milwaukee Electric Railway and Light Company for ten years; and then became a salesman for various companies. He was a member of the Wisconsin National Guard and upon the outbreak of World War I served in the United States Army, spending sixteen months in France as part of the "Iron Brigade" of the Thirty-Second Infantry Division.
